We accept Visa and Mastercard through Secure Pay and all Major Credit cards through Paypal. In addition to this we also offer Afterpay and ZipPay.
All order genrally are dispatched within 1-2 of recieving, unless they have backordered items on them. For backordered items it means that we do not currently have stock available and they will be dispatched at as stock becomes available.
After dispatch depending on the service you have selected the following timeframes apply:
Express Shipping 1-3 Business Days
Standard Shipping 2-7 Business Days
Free Shipping is standard service as above
Whilst shopping with us any data you enter is secure through our SSL Certificate which applies a 128 bit encrytion. We do not store any credit card information our site.
For your privacy we do not send any of your information to third party sources or for marketing or any other reason. Should anyone get intouch with you saying they were forward your information from us please let us know ASAP.
After you place your order and payment has been sucessfully received by us your order will be set to “Processing” which mean we will start to fulfull your order. From there you order will go through to “Complete?” at which time you will receive a email from us as well as Australia Post containing tracking information.
After your order is submitted and set to processing you will receive a email containing invoice and other important information in regards to your order. Should you fail to receive this email please chack your Spam folder, if you are still unable to locate the email please phone us on (07) 3271-2727 as your email address may be incorrect.
You can track your order by clicking the track your order link at the bottom of any page, all you need is the email address and order number you received when you placed the order.
