Price Match Guarantee

Adult Pleasures Adult Shop will price match any advertised competitors price. To Submit your price match please use the messenger at the bottom right of the screen. Price Match Excludes (Ebay, Amazon, Google Shopping, and must be Instock)

All Price Match Request Must Include

  • Website of Advertised Price
  • Price Advertised
  • In-Stock with Competitor


Adult Pleasures Prides itself on Same Day Shipping. All orders will be processed same day if before 3PM.

Exclusions to same day shipping 

  • Order is placed after daily cut off of 3PM
  • High demand of a product (May require stock from another warehouse up to 3 days)
  • If an Item is no longer available we will contact you to arrange a suitable replacement product

Shipping Time frame

We ship all orders through Australia Post in plain Non Branded Packaging. Our Services Include:

  • Standard 3-5 Days (Metro Areas)
  • Express Shipping 1-3 Days (Metro Areas)
  • Platinum Express Next Business Day if Placed before 1PM (Metro Areas)

Note: These times may differ around public holidays due to higher flow of parcels and closures, which is out of our control

Once an Order has left our warehouse we are unable to make changes to orders so please make sure that:

  • What you have ordered is correct
  • Shipping Address is correct
  • Contact Information is Correct


We will only contact you if absolutely necessary. Times that we will contact you are:

  • Email through updates ie. tracking numbers, payments, abandoned carts, or your shipping details are incorrect.
  • We will only call you if we cant get in touch via email

Note: If you have not received tracking numbers or confirmation email, please check your spam folder and make sure that you add customerservice.adultpleasures@gmail.com to you contacts. If you still haven’t received anything please contact us ASAP to find out why.

Refunds & Returns

We will only issue a refund for Faulty Items. We do not offer refund for change of mind.
