Adult Pleasures strives for excellence in customer service. We offer same day shipping on orders placed by 3pm AEST. Orders after this time are generally shipped the next day.
There can be a delay in shipping your order if part of your order is in our one of our partner warehouses that needs to be transferred to our main hub for shipping, but generally your order will be shipped same day. If you require confirmation on availability of products, you can chat to one of our online agents between 10am-12am daily.
All Items displayed on website, are in stock, unless stated otherwise. Items that are available for back order may take longer, depending on whether or not the item is available for immediate shipping.
We may contact you if an item is unavailable or discontinued, a member of our team may offer you an alternate product if a product is no longer available.
Items are shipped, via Australia Post, Couriers Please or Fastway Couriers. All orders to PO Boxes and Express Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as the order is completed in back of house. If you have not received your tracking number, please check your junk emails first. If you definitely have not received it, please email us at email@example.com or phone us on (07) 3812 2711 and quote your order reference number.
Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days with Australia Post (Some areas in WA may take longer)
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days with Australia Post (Some areas in WA may take longer)
Free Standard Shipping: All Orders over $100 (Authority to Leave)
We offer a signature on delivery option for an extra $3 this option is available to avoid parcels which can be stolen or removed from your premises in the event you are not home. We recommend this option especially if you live in apartments or high foot traffic areas. Australia Post offer no support once a parcel has been delivered.
Please note: Once an order leaves our warehouse we have no control over the time frame in which you receive your order. However we are happy to liaise with the provider on your behalf if necessary.
Once an Order has left our warehouse we are unable to make changes to orders so please make sure that:
- What you have ordered is correct
- Shipping Address is correct
- Contact Information is Correct
