SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Adult Pleasures strives for excellence in customer service.
There can be a delay in shipping your order during peak periods or if part of your order is in our one of our partner warehouses that needs to be transferred to our main hub for shipping, but generally your order will be shipped same day. If you require confirmation on availability of products, you can chat to one of our online agents between 9am-6pm daily.
All Items displayed on website, are in stock, unless stated otherwise. Items that are available for back order may take longer, depending on whether or not the item is available for immediate shipping from our suppliers.
We may contact you if an item is unavailable or discontinued, a member of our team may offer you an alternate product if a product is no longer available.
Items are shipped, via Australia Post, Couriers Please or Fastway Couriers. All orders to PO Boxes and Express Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as the order is completed in back of house. If you have not received your tracking number, please check your spam emails first. If you definitely have not received it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on (07) 3271 2727 and quote your order reference number.
Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days with Australia Post (Some areas in WA and regional areas may take longer)
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days with Australia Post (Some areas in WA and regional areas may take longer)
- Business Days – Monday to Friday and excludes Public Holidays.
- Please note these are estimates provided to us from Australia Post. Transit times may vary during peak periods. There may also be delays due to issues outside of our control such as floods, fires, etc.
Free Standard Shipping: All Orders over $59, please select this option at checkout. (Default option is standard shiping)
Click and Collect orders are processed at our Wacol warehouse and can take 24-48 hours to reach your requested location.
All orders are sent signature on delivery to avoid the possibility of parcels being stolen or removed from your premises in the event you are not home. We recommend this especially if you live in apartments or high foot traffic areas. We take no responsibility if you choose for your order to be left without a signature and Australia Post offer no support once a parcel has been delivered.
Please note: Once an order leaves our warehouse we have no control over the time frame in which you receive your order. However we are happy to liaise with the provider on your behalf if necessary.
Once an Order has left our warehouse we are unable to make changes to orders so please make sure that:
- What you have ordered is correct
- Shipping Address is correct
- Contact Information is Correct
