Price Match Guarantee
Adult Pleasures Adult Shop will price match any advertised competitors price. To Submit your price match please use the messenger at the bottom right of the screen. Price Match Excludes (Ebay, Amazon, Google Shopping, and must be In stock at time of purchase).

Once an Order has left our warehouse we are unable to make changes to orders or cancel orders so please make sure that:
- What you have ordered is correct
- Shipping Address is correct
- Contact Information is correct
We will only contact you if absolutely necessary. Times that we will contact you are:
- Email through updates ie. tracking numbers, payments, abandoned carts, or your shipping details are incorrect.
- We will only call you if we cant get in touch via email
Note: If you have not received tracking numbers or confirmation email, please check your spam folder and make sure that you add firstname.lastname@example.org to you contacts. If you still haven’t received anything please contact us ASAP to find out why. You may also track your order via here with your order number and email address you used.

We process all payments through Secure pay, PayPal, ZipPay and AfterPay. PayPal also lets you pay by card without an account. Click for PayPal Terms and Conditions.
Note: That when signing up for ZipPay and AfterPay you agree to their Terms & Conditions also.
Refunds & Returns
We will only issue a refund for Faulty Items that are discontinued or if we are unable to fulfill your order. If a product is faulty and covered under manufactures warranty you agree to their timeframes and processes. A member of our team will contact you prior to any returns.
For faulty products you must email us within the warranty period for a warranty to apply. When emailing through about a fault we will require information ie: the fault, any images outlining the fault. This will help to speed up the process while we await the toys return.
All warranty returns need to be accompanied by the original invoice and a description of the fault. If this information is not supplied we are unable to process your claim.
We do not offer refund for change of mind or dissatisfaction so please choose carefully.
Once an order is accepted in our system we cannot cancel it. If an order must be cancelled a processing fee of up to 30% may apply.
Special orders cannot be cancelled.
Note: Purchaser is responsible for return shipping cost (please contact us for advise on cheapest return route)
We send out coupons to our Newsletter Subscribers Only. If you are interested in receiving coupons please sign up to our Newsletter at the bottom of any page, or using the popup.
Note: Coupons are only for use with items that are not on sale, unless otherwise stated. Our on Sale items are already reduced to the best prices available, however from time to time we are able to secure a better buy price and offer the saving onto you.
Please contact us via email before disputing a a transaction with Paypal or your financial institution. A member of our team will generally get back to you within 48 hours.
Please ensure you are the card holder or have approval from the card holder before ordering. We reserve the right to prosecute people to the full extent of the law for fraudulent transactions. For transactions sent to collections, we reserve the right to charge interest at 20% per annum plus the fee associated with collecting your debt.
If you are paying via Bank Transfer please ensure you forward across your online transfer reciept. We will not send out any order until full payment has been met.
